Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative (closer) who resonates with our mission and culture to join our dedicated team. This role requires a motivated individual who is eager to grow and work with the team to achieve ambitious targets and contribute to the overall growth of THPA and the continued fulfillment of our mission.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Daily Execution of Team & Administrative Tasks

- Performing diagnostic sales calls with inbound leads, Monday - Friday.

- Following a set procedure of confirming appointments on your calendar to ensure high show up rates

- Completing End of Day reports.

Performance Tracking

- Complete daily updates of your projections, tracking sheets, and CRM.

Collaboration

- Work closely with the sales team led by our sales director to ensure alignment and support of overall business objectives.

Ownership and Accountability

- Have complete ownership and accountability over your own performance and development to reach KPIs on a regular basis.

The most qualified candidates will have:

Experience

- Experience in sales as a closer, preferably with a team selling online high ticket products or services in the coaching or consulting industry.

- A proven track record in driving growth within a sales organization.

Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical Thinking. Employs systematic and logical approaches to problem-solving, allowing for the effective analysis and resolution of complex challenges.

- Coachable and eager to grow and develop personally in pursuit of excellence.

- Adaptability. Easily adjusts and responds to changing conditions, shifting priorities, evolving technologies, and new requirements with flexibility and resilience.
